Virtual and Live Stream Events
With the changing world around Covid-19 and gathering in person, Rundles & Associates has pivoted to become a leading producer of virtual and live stream fundraising events. We have been working with online auction platforms for more than 10-years which puts us ahead on knowing how to maximize fundraising in the virtual realm. Our virtual and live stream services will allow you to produce an energetic event to keep your donors and sponsors engaged so they do not “change the channel” during your event. Services include goal setting to ensure the right-fit event is produced, partnering with an AV company to provide all of the tech support required, sponsorship and paid ticket buildout, content creation along with the run of show based on your goals and creating community, swag box creation, leading rehearsals, and developing opportunities for creativity that is not possible at live events.
In-Person Event Management
Our experience saves you time and resources. Our venue research, selection criteria, and visual design sensibilities will be matched with your vision. We collaborate with the venue to ensure the details from linens, floral arrangements, and menu selection to reflect your organization and mission. Our Full-Service package includes a logistics plan, staffing, security, transportation, AV, photography, videography, music and entertainment, lodging, invitations, signage, registration services, budgeting, communications, and auction tracking. We arrange appropriate speakers, their contracts, and travel. We create an event timeline, negotiate with vendors, manage vendor relationships, and invoicing – allowing you to focus on building and growing your organization.
We offer expert consultation on an hourly basis. Small and large non-profits benefit from the tool assessment we conduct and the framework we provide to put those tools to optimum use. We provide employee and event volunteer education and coach you on how to effectively utilize those generous hours volunteers donate.
